Seraphic Ceramics is an Istanbul-based ceramic studio exploring the space between art, design and everyday objects.

Founded by architect and ceramic artist Didem Bozdemir, the studio approaches clay as a medium for experimentation — moving freely between sculptural pieces, functional objects and lighting.

Driven by an instinctive approach to form, color and texture, Seraphic creates pieces that are expressive, tactile and often unexpected. Rather than following a single aesthetic or function, each collection begins with an idea, a material curiosity or a form worth exploring.

From objects made to be used every day to pieces created simply to be observed, every work is shaped by hand and carries the subtle variations of the making process.

Seraphic Ceramics grew from a connection to clay that began long before the studio itself.

Founder Didem Bozdemir grew up around ceramics through her mother, ceramic artist Serap Bozdemir. Surrounded by clay, tools and handmade objects from an early age, making became a familiar language.

Her background in architecture later brought another perspective — an interest in proportion, structure, material and the relationship between objects and the spaces they inhabit.

Today, these influences come together in Seraphic as an evolving practice where art, design and craft overlap.
