Shipping Policy for Seraphic Ceramics

Our Commitment to Safe Delivery

Each ceramic piece is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials and specialized packaging techniques to protect your artwork during transit.

Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days
  • Made-to-Order Items: Production time varies by piece. Door numbers and custom items typically require 2-4 weeks before shipping. You will receive an estimated production timeline when you place your order.
  • Workshop/Atelier Pickup: Local customers may arrange to pick up orders directly from our studio by appointment

Shipping Methods and Rates

Domestic Shipping (Turkey):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

International Shipping:

  • We ship to select international destinations
  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 7-21 business days)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our estimates
  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays or fees

Packaging

  • All ceramics are wrapped in protective materials and packed in sturdy boxes
  • Fragile items receive extra cushioning and reinforcement
  • Each package is clearly marked as "FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE"
  • We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
  • Contact us if you have questions about your shipment status

Delivery

  • Signature may be required for delivery depending on the carrier and destination
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • If the box appears damaged, note this with the delivery person and take photos
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [your email] with photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us immediately
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment
  • Claims for lost packages must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain fragile items
  • Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping to locations where safe delivery cannot be guaranteed

Multiple Items

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages if items have different production timelines
  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
  • Address changes after shipment may not be possible

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer

For customers in the Istanbul area, we may offer local delivery or studio pickup options. Contact us to arrange details.
