Return and Refund Policy for Seraphic CeramicsOur Commitment

At Seraphic Ceramics, each piece is lovingly handcrafted in our atelier. We take great care to ensure every ceramic artwork, tableware, and decorative object meets our high standards of quality and artistry.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our work, made-to-order items (including door numbers and custom pieces) are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production has begun. We encourage you to carefully review all customization details before placing your order.

Standard Collection Items

For non-custom items from our curated collections, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • You must contact us at info@seraphicceramics.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

We pack each piece with utmost care, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at info@seraphicceramics.com with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following our return process and place a new order for the desired piece.

Workshop & Event Bookings

Cancellations for workshop bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@seraphicceramics.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address we provide
